Carlos Zambrano has been suspended for 6 games following a temper tantrum against the Pittburgh Pirates this week. This is what happened: he threw a wild pitch. When the catcher went to fetch it, the runner on third charged forward and Zambrano came up to cover the base

The Stanley Cup Finals begin on Saturday, which is a little bit faster than was previously expected. A week ago the NHL issued a press release stating the start dates of the upcoming Stanley Cup finals. If both Conference Final series have been decided by Tuesday, May 26, the Western Conference winner would host Game 1 of the 2009 Stanley Cup Final on Thursday, May 28.
